Welcome and thank you for trusting me with your yoga practice.
As your teacher, I hold 400hr of training including Trauma-Informed Yoga, Vinyasa, Fascia and Alignment, Yin, Restorative, Prenatal and Reiki. I often blend my knowledge of diverse modalities within a practice, paying attention to your body's unique physical and energetic blueprint.
Working together one-on-one allows you the space to explore your yoga practice in a supportive environment. You'll get a deeper look at alignment in the asanas and learn how to modify for your body's abilities as well as any old or current injuries. We can discuss long-term goals like building strength and flexibility or perhaps you'd like to focus on stress reduction and mindfulness. Yoga offers many benefits so we can come up with plan tailored to your needs!
